Doing a great job, from beginning to end. As a brand, we have carefully selected remarkable workshops in line with our sustainability standards. Be they in France, Italy, or Peru, our workshops embody the skills and craftsmanship we take pride in offering.

The Italian workshop we work with is located near Venice. This family-owned factory specialising in luxury products passes on this knowledge from generation to generation. These skilled artisans are truly passionate about good workmanship and embody quality requirements à la Tricot: having an eye for detail and accuracy and focusing on durability for pieces that will never lose quality or style. And that is exactly why we trust them with making our recycled cashmere sweaters, the brand signature piece.

Our Peruvian workshops embody the values Tricot wishes to convey and share. These are family workshops where they keep ancestral knowledge alive and knit each piece by hand or on a traditional machine. Every single design coming out of those workshops is a unique and exceptional piece of needlecraft that can take up to three full days of effort to complete. Those workshops also buy wool from local farmers, keeping local economy going.

We collaborate with our workshop located in Brittany on all custom pieces. There, artisans value perfection and specialise in tailor-made designs to help us create unique pieces on order, a service that has almost disappeared in France. This wool factory founded in 1889 is also a member of the EPV (French Living-Patrimony Companies), meaning their craftsmanship is a part of French heritage. We are extremely proud to be collaborating with them on this exclusive, almost “couture” aspect of Tricot.
