The customer has 30 days from receipt of the product to make the return.

Provided that the products are still in their original packaging and have not been worn, washed, ironed, altered or soiled, the buyer has a withdrawal period of thirty (30) working days from the date of delivery of their order.

Upon receipt of the compliant return, Tricot undertakes to reimburse the returned products within thirty (30) days from the date on which Tricot is informed of the buyer's decision to withdraw. A confirmation email will be sent to you.

We offer 2 types of returns:

- the exchange: you receive a voucher for the amount of your order and valid on the entire site

- the refund

To make a return:

- In France : returns are free for an exchange or for a purchase voucher.

For the refund of your order, the return costs are the responsibility of the customer (€4).
