The Tricot polo borrows its collar from the shirt and its cashmere from the sweater. This construction choice makes it a piece you wear morning to night, on its own or under a jacket. Its versatility starts there.

How to wear a cashmere polo?
On its own, collar open, over raw denim or tailored trousers. Under a jacket, it replaces the shirt and softens the whole look, with a certain Parisian ease. The modern unisex silhouette leaves room: easy, slightly boxy, worn close to the body or more relaxed depending on the size you choose. Same cut, two ways to wear it, available in Men and Women. A studied simplicity that looks effortless.
Why a cashmere polo?
The polo sits between a shirt and a sweater. Open collar, short button placket, it dresses up or relaxes with the moment, from work to dinner. What sets it apart is the drape: a dense knit that holds its line, a collar that stays in place all day. Each polo is knitted near Venice, in a century-old family-run atelier, linked stitch by stitch with invisible seams. The material is recycled cashmere: sorted fibres, a cleaner, more regular yarn, a knit made to last.
What is recycled cashmere?
Regenerated cashmere from two sources: production surplus (never-worn fibers, intact quality) and end-of-life cashmere garments collected and fiber-by-fiber disentangled, sorted by quality and natural color. These fibers are combined with 35% virgin cashmere to ensure yarn regularity. The result: the same properties as new cashmere, produced with a lighter use of virgin resources.
Is recycled cashmere as soft as virgin cashmere?
Yes. The regeneration process fully preserves cashmere’s properties: second-skin softness, lightness, thermal regulation. What changes is the origin of the fibers. Their properties remain the same.
Can you wear cashmere directly against the skin?
Yes. Tricot cashmere is fine enough to be worn directly against the skin with comfort. Pieces in 140’s mulesing-free wool are too: the fineness of the yarn avoids irritation, including on sensitive skin.
Are the men's and women's cuts the same?
Yes. All Tricot pieces are unisex by design: the same cut and the same size chart for men and women. Site navigation is organized by men/women to make shopping easier while the pieces remain the same.
