IF A FRIEND HAD TO INTRODUCE YOU, WHAT WOULD SHE SAY FIRST?

Loyal and tolerant. I try to stay away from judgment — or at least, I hope I do.

WHO CATCHES YOUR EYE IN A CROWD?

I love noticing a beautiful walk, a gesture, the language of a body. A way of taking up space.

WHAT'S THE FIRST THING YOU DO WHEN YOU GET HOME AT NIGHT?

The radio is always on — usually FIP. I like the idea that we can all be listening to the same thing, each in our own way.

THE BEST ADVICE YOU'VE EVER BEEN GIVEN?

Early in my cooking journey, I was told: ‘Time is an ingredient of its own’. Later, I realized it applied to so many other parts of life.

THE LAST 3 TIMES YOU WORE YOUR TRICOT?

On my way to a friend’s opening, after a morning spent sourcing silverware at the Saint-Ouen flea market, and over a coffee, alone on a sunny terrace.
